Upper Khimti-II Hydropower Project is a casacade RoR type of scheme located just d/s of Upallo Khimti Hydropower Project, 12MW located in Chuchure VDC of Ramechhap district of Nepal.The project Upper Khimti II Hydropower Project (UKHP II) 7MW is immediately downstream of the powerhouse of the Upallo 12 MW project.Upper Khimti-II Hydropower Project is located mostly in Chuchure VDC of Ramechhap distric of Nepal. The project area is located between longitudes 86o18’10” E and 86o20’10” E and latitudes 27o38′ 20″ N and 27o39′ 55″ N. The project components are located between elevations of 2002 m to 1855 m. The project site is accessible from Jiri in Mid-Hills Highway which is about 22km from Rasnalu Khimti Bridge.
